What you will be doing: 
We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:
 
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.</li>
<li>Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance tickets.</li>
<li>Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work</li>
<li>Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.</li>
</ul>
What we’ll expect from you: 
<ul>
<li>Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.</li>
<li>Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.</li>
<li>Knowledge of P-Tech HVAC systems, Individual Hot Water Tanks, Copper Pipes/PEX a PLUS!</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.</li>
</ul>
