 You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team with clear expectations, training, and opportunities to make a real impact every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tours, resident engagement, and bringing energy to a busy leasing office. What You’ll Be Doing
 Your primary focus will be leading engaging tours for prospective residents and helping them envision their new home. You’ll also support residents with everyday needs, ensuring a positive experience across the community.
 Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
 Leasing & Tours
 <ul>
<li>Conduct personalized tours of units and amenities</li>
<li>Guide applicants through the leasing process and schedule lease signings</li>
<li>Process applications accurately within 24 hours</li>
</ul>
Resident Support & Engagement
 <ul>
<li>Communicate professionally with residents</li>
<li>Assist with resident needs in a proactive, solution-focused manner</li>
<li>Support retention initiatives and promote a welcoming atmosphere</li>
</ul>
Team Collaboration
 <ul>
<li>Work closely with property team members to reach shared goals</li>
<li>Contribute to a supportive and cooperative team culture</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility during busy periods or weekend rotations</li>
</ul>
Marketing & Outreach

<li>Assist with property marketing efforts including outreach, flyers, and research</li>

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

<li>Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.</li>
<li>Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance tickets.</li>
<li>Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work</li>
<li>Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.</li>
</ul>
What we’ll expect from you: 
<ul>
<li>Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.</li>
<li>Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.</li>
<li>HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.</li>

Qualifications:
