What you will be doing: 
We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

<li>Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.</li>
<li>Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance tickets.</li>
<li>Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work</li>
<li>Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.</li>

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management. What We’ll Expect from You: 
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>5+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and good driving record, if traveling between properties</li>
<li>Proven experience in monitoring financial statements, capital enhancement projects, and achieving occupancy goals</li>
<li>ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certifications are a plus!</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
 The IT Analyst – Support plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the organization’s technology environment. As the first point of contact for technical support, this role directly impacts employee productivity by providing timely solutions for software, hardware, and networking issues. Working closely with the IT Support Team Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the IT Analyst delivers responsive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused service that supports the company’s broader goals.

Education & Experience:

POSITION SUMMARY
 The Design Associate is a critical contributor to Morgan Properties’ asset enhancement strategy, responsible for elevating the design quality and functionality of leasing offices, amenity spaces, and common areas across our portfolio. This role directly supports organizational goals by ensuring that design initiatives align with brand standards, operational requirements, and long-term asset value.
 
This role leads projects from concept through completion, applying technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and strong project management skills. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders—including Operations, Construction, and Asset Management—as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver design solutions that are practical, sustainable, and cost-effective.

What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and the willingness to drive between communities if needed.</li>
</ul>
