 PSGMO Investment Team Support Analyst/Associate is responsible for the following &ndash;
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Work with portfolio managers/investment team to support trades order generation, which include trading of mutual funds, equities, equity index futures, fixed income securities, fixed income derivatives , FX forwards and private placement funds
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with investments operations (trade lifecycle from front to back including counterparties, custodian, fund admin, transfer agent).
  </li>
  <li>
   Overall investment performance and attribution knowledge to understand the composition of investments characteristics and trouble shoot issues as they arise.
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete investment subscription and redemption documents accurately and efficiently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support new business on-boarding or termination &ndash; this includes liaising with different groups including legal, Document management, AML requests, fund questions regarding underlying client.
  </li>
  <li>
   Enter trades via multiple trades order management systems for public and private investments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review daily cash flows into funds and implement trades to bring exposures in line.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with other members of the Middle Office team to process various subscriptions and redemptions as requested by the investment team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor daily portfolio cash availability for investment management and assist with troubleshoot with various groups within portfolio services teams across MSIM or external custodians.
  </li>
  <li>
   Help review client IMAs to ensure the investment guidelines are correctly coded in the trading and compliance systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with other Middle Office team members, Operations Team Members, GMA, and other teams on timely communications, and working on timely executions of the trade requests, support queries and resolve issues as they arise.
  </li>

   Ensure that applicable policy and desktop procedures are updated regularly, implemented effectively, and reflect best practices standards.
  </li>

   In depth knowledge of the global investment management industry.

   Understanding of multi-assets (mutual funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, equities, fixed income securities, derivatives in futures, fixed income derivatives and FX forwards) preferred.

  <li>
   The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility to contribute during peak trading time.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills, being able to interface effectively with bright quantitative colleagues as well as non-technical audiences.
  </li>
  <li>
   Possess attention to detail within the larger context of a complex investment ecosystem.

   3+ years of Finance industry experiences

   Knowledge of investments attributes of alternatives (i.e., hedge &amp; private equity funds) and public assets (equities, fixed income &amp; derivative) is a plus Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Attention to detail to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy of work

   Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
  </li>

 Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Overview of Role<br>

Primary Responsibilities<br>
A role has arisen for an Associate or Director (AVP) in the Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia (MSSA) Compliance team. The individual will work on all aspects of Compliance in support of Morgan Stanley's various business units operating in KSA. The individual will ensure that the organisation acts in compliance with internal policies, external rules and regulations, in particular those relating to Capital Market Authority, Saudi Exchange, securities regulations and money laundering rules. Ultimately, the objective of the role is to help protect Morgan Stanley's franchise in the KSA.<br>

Reporting to the Head of Compliance and GFC - MENA and working closely with Compliance Officer in Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia, the individual will assume a number of responsibilities in Compliance and Global Financial Crimes (GFC) department.<br>
<br>
&gt; Advice, Policy and training<br>
o Providing primary Compliance and GFC advisory coverage for MSSA employees.<br>
o Contribute to and lead development of Compliance and GFC policies and procedures.<br>
o Provide support on regulatory requirements, transactions, new products and other business and infrastructure initiatives<br>
o Provide support in training employees on a regular basis on their duties under the applicable laws and regulations as well as under Morgan Stanley's policies<br>
o Responding to questions from the business in a timely manner, working with other Compliance and GFC teams to incorporate their views where appropriate.<br>
o Building relationships and networks across the Firm to develop a role as a trusted adviser to business and Legal and Compliance Management.<br>
o Working with the MENA Head of Compliance to deliver the annual Compliance Plan for MSSA.<br>

&gt; Monitoring, test checks, desk reviews and investigations<br>
o Design Compliance and GFC Monitoring and Testing programmers in conjunction with the EMEA Monitoring and Testing teams across MSSA.<br>
o Conduct investigations with respect to any potential employee misconduct/breach of rules and regulations<br>

&gt; Rule interpretation and implementation of procedures and processes<br>
o Identify upcoming changes in KSA and CMA/Tadawul/Muqassa laws and regulations<br>
o Ensure implementation of processes/procedures to comply with laws and regulations<br>
o Ensure policies and procedures are drafted and updated accordingly<br>

&gt; Contact with regulators and auditors<br>
o Liaise with the regulators and internal and external auditors<br>
o Provide input to responses to inquiries from Tadawul and the CMA in a timely manner<br>

&gt; Anti-money laundering<br>
o Ensure processes and policies are in place to comply with the money laundering law<br>
o Create/update money-laundering risk analysis and ensure adequate monitoring<br>

&gt; Management Information<br>
o Collate monthly and quarterly Management information and update MENA Head of Compliance and MSSA CEO of key achievements/ developments in the MSSA Compliance Program. Experience Required<br>
&gt; Saudi National as per the CMA regulations<br>
&gt; Preferably minimum of 4-7 years' relevant experience in Compliance/ AML or a related discipline with a leading international or a large KSA financial institution would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role<br>
&gt; Good understanding of KSA securities laws/regulations<br>
&gt; Familiarity with some or all of the business lines operating in Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia (Institutional Sales and Trading, Investment Banking and Investment Management)<br>
&gt; Fluent in Arabic and English<br>
&gt; Preference for candidates with qualification in Law, Finance or Accountancy<br>
&gt; Preference for candidates that have the CME1 and CME2 qualification<br>
