Memberships Specialist Position Overview:The Membership Specialist supports and oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of various strategic initiatives and projects related to the work of the Memberships department.The Membership Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with general members and high net worth individuals. This role involves creating personalized membership experiences, coordinating exclusive events, and implementing strategies to increase engagement and retention among affluent supporters.This role requires a lot of problem-solving and multitasking. It involves driving and coordinating multiple aspects of several projects in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, communicating issues and risks, and coming up with solutions.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management &amp; Engagement&bull;Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with members from their tiers of focus, ensuring exceptional service and tailored engagement opportunities.&bull;Act as a primary point of contact for high-level members, responding promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries, requests, and feedback.&bull;Collaborate with museum leadership and external programming partners to identify and connect with potential members.Strategic Membership Initiatives&bull;Design and implement customized membership programs, benefits, and experiences for members, such as private tours, exclusive previews, and bespoke events.&bull;Monitor and evaluate the impact of membership programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.&bull;Collaborate with the development team to align tier-specific engagement with broader membership goals.Event Planning &amp; Coordination&bull;Plan and execute exclusive events for different tiers, ensuring exceptional quality and personalized experiences.&bull;Coordinate event logistics, including vendor selection, invitations, venue setup, and guest lists.&bull;Partner with the events and marketing teams to promote events to members and increase attendance.Cultivation &amp; Stewardship&bull;Work with development and communications teams to create customized stewardship plans for different membership tiers, ensuring consistent, meaningful engagement.&bull;Identify opportunities for deeper involvement, such as patron programs, board memberships, or philanthropic initiatives, where applicable.&bull;Support the preparation of annual giving reports and impact summaries for HNWI and Institutional members.Tailored Communications&bull;Collaborate with the Communications Specialist to create digital and print marketing materials tailored for the member tiers, ensuring messaging is consistent, sophisticated, and aligned with the company&rsquo;s brand.&bull;Collaborate on social media and public relations strategies to highlight member initiatives and events.Data Management &amp; Reporting&bull;Provide inputs to the development of and periodic improvement of digital platforms utilised for the membership program, this includes and is not limited to, CRM, company Website (Membership section), Membership app.&bull;Maintain accurate records of member interactions, event attendance, and program impact in the CRM system.&bull;Analyze membership data to identify trends and insights that can enhance member engagement.&bull;Generate regular reports on membership metrics to guide department strategies and assess program success.&bull;Perform any other tasks as assigned by the department head.Qualifications:&bull;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Arts Administration, or a related field.&bull;Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.&bull;3-5 years of experience in relationship management, membership, or development, with a focus on member engagement; museum or non-profit experience preferred.&bull;Proficiency in CRM systems and membership management software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Key Attributes:&bull;Proven experience in project management: experience in event planning and execution, especially for high-profile or exclusive gatherings.&bull;Strong interpersonal and communication skills and high emotional intelligence and discretion, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-profile individuals.&bull;Passion for museums, arts, and culture, with a commitment to delivering top-tier member experiences.&bull;Require an understanding of HNWI communications.&bull;Proficiency in Arabic is needed.Reports To: Head of MembershipsDepartment: MembershipsJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Memberships Specialist

<ul><li>Plan, develop, and deliver merchandise ranges to budget, schedule, and customer profile in line with the department and company strategy.</li><li>Conduct data-driven demand forecasting that includes analysis of internal/external factors, historical sales data, etc. to estimate future/ongoing order needs. </li><li>Analyze stock-holding data and develop/recommend diverse plans to ensure inventory is cleared at expected sell-through rate.</li><li>Conduct analysis (e.g., of historical sales data, market/competition) to ensure appropriate retail prices. </li><li>Provide analytical support to maximize product sales performance.</li><li>Support the Head of Retail &amp; Merchandise Planning to conduct monthly communication meetings with the retail teams and circulate minutes of meetings afterward. </li><li>Assist the Head of Retail &amp; Merchandise Planning and the Director of Retail &amp; Merchandising with the preparation of annual department budgets.</li><li>Oversee submission of new purchase requests to the merchandise committee, recommending appropriate order quantities by analyzing past sales patterns and ensuring that stock levels are optimized. </li><li>Provide merchandise administrators with the information required to prepare purchase request approval forms for submission to the merchandise committee. Deliver buying projects within specified budget parameters, maintaining strong gross margins, and expediting orders within target lead times and coordinating with stakeholders to pre-empt obstacles and troubleshoot anticipated issues. </li><li>Support the Merchandise Manager by ensuring the milestones related to merchandise development projects are achieved on time, flagging delays, and troubleshooting anticipated issues</li><li>Qualifications: &bull; Higher secondary or degree-level qualification required &bull; At least 5 years of relevant experience in merchandise buying &bull; Well-developed computing skills, including the understanding of relevant IT products and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Key Attributes: &bull; High degree of market awareness and a detailed knowledge of the retail industry and current trends &bull; Fluent in English</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
