As a remote Scheduler at Morley, you'll work 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday from the comfort of your home.</div><div></div><div><br>
Use your customer care skills to handle inbound and outbound documentation and communications as part of our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
What You'll Do</i></b></div><ul><li>
Understand project operations and workflow processes to effectively manage scheduling tasks</li><li>
Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries on all cases needing to be scheduled</li><li>
Ensure accuracy and timeliness by communicating with relevant parties to complete scheduling tasks within specified timeframes</li><li>
Coordinate all aspects of scheduling between multiple parties, including dealerships, customers, attorneys and agents</li><li>
Document all interactions clearly within the RVM system to maintain accurate records</li><li>
Escalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to management</li><li>
Maintain regular and dependable attendance to support team success</li></ul><div></div><div><b><i><br>

Eligibility Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Three years of customer care experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)</li><li>
Able to work the following hours:<ul><li>
11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time</li><li>
Monday through Friday</li></ul></li><li>
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably</li></ul><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Remote Work Requirements</i></b></div><ul><li>
Michigan resident</li><li>
High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline<br>
