Implement and monitor the Cyber Automotive system in the workshop according to the approved plan and schedule.</li>
<li>Supervise the Tawuniya Dashboard as a secondary integrated system, ensuring accurate and timely submission of inspection picture reports and pricing quotations.</li>
<li>Maintain direct communication with the Tawuniya inspector to clarify notes and expedite approval processes.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure effective coordination between the workshop team and Tawuniya inspector to avoid any delays or miscommunication.</li>
<li>Coordinate with all relevant departments (Reception, Spare Parts, Mechanical, Inspection, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure full integration between both systems.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Monitor operational flow within both systems and ensure no step is missed or bypassed.</li>
<li>Prepare periodic reports highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.</li>
<li>Support the team in making data-driven operational decisions based on insights from both systems.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Promote positive communication and collaboration between departments to enhance teamwork and performance.</li>
<li>Provide basic training or guidance to teams on using both systems when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure the workshop&rsquo;s readiness to apply future updates or technical improvements to both systems.</li>

<li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).</li>
<li>Knowledge of automotive spare parts is an advantage.</li></ul></div>
