We are looking for:<ul><li>

Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills</li><li>
The ability to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:<ul><li>
Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity</li><li>
This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care</li><li>
Assist residents with meals and snacks</li><li>
Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary</li><li>
Housekeeping duties as necessary</li></ul></div>

As part of a team-oriented workplace, LPNs participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a LPN can include:<ul><li>
Build and maintain close relationships with residents</li><li>
Take initiative and give guidance to RA and CNA staff</li><li>
Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident&rsquo;s specific care plan</li><li>
Make resident safety needs a daily priority</li><li>
Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns</li><li>
Assist with and monitor resident medication needs</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Current LPN license in applicable state as well as CPR certification</li></ul>
