 Position Overview
 
 
 
 Under the direction of the Senior Director of Social Media &amp; Influencer, the Influencer Manager will work cross-functionally to lead and scale our influencer programs, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role will play a key part in shaping influencer strategy across campaigns, launches, and always-on initiatives, while ensuring seamless execution across a growing number of workstreams. This candidate has strong experience in influencer marketing, is a natural relationship builder, and brings a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. They are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Tasks and Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the Ambassador and Influencer Programs across campaigns and always-on initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and mentor the Influencer Coordinator, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally with PR, retail, marketing, paid media, and social teams to support influencer needs across key business moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend events to host partners and strengthen relationships within the influencer community
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously, ensuring strong prioritization and consistent delivery against deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and evolve the ambassador program and roster of macro, mid-tier, and micro influencer partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead creator sourcing, vetting, and relationship management, building a strong and diverse network of talent
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships with creators and talent teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a key point of contact for influencer partnerships, ensuring clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally to manage content requests featuring ambassador partners across campaigns and initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and lead influencer briefing frameworks, creating clear, strategic briefs that support high-quality, on-brand content and efficient execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Review content deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate updates and changes across internal teams and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Track contracts, usage rights, and deliverables, ensuring all assets are properly documented and shared
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize regular program reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Support alignment with international partners by sharing updates on strategy, seeding efforts, and results
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead large-scale influencer seeding initiatives, managing expanded creator lists and ensuring seamless execution across high-volume sends
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee influencer collective, identifying new talent and maintaining an active, engaged creator network
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers through consistent communication and outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative mailers aligned with brand priorities and launches
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all materials sent to partners are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all influencer sends
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7+ years of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of and passion for the beauty industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiations, and campaigns at scale
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally and represent the team with a high level of professionalism
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Driven self-starter able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Beauty experience required
 </li>
