 Job Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project managers and consultants and ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are met.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a clear understanding of the Firm&rsquo;s Design Philosophy and guide the team to ensure adherence to the same.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Refer to different sources (internal/external) for reference materials to enhance knowledge, stay abreast with global standards of design and technological advancements and guide the team effectively.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a clear understanding of how Fa&ccedil;ade engages with Interiors, and Landscape and guide the team on the same
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Review production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that quality control activities for all architectural elements are met.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain the project manual and specifications.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly contribute to Design Reviews by way of gathering and presenting information
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct on-site observations and guide team to document site reviews and address RFI.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Team Lead in creating Client Presentations.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in architecture from an accredited institute.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates must have strong design conceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, and other advanced software.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task and stay ahead of deadlines.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to working with teams in an engaging and positive way.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards.

 Understanding client needs, working on conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.

 Regularly contribute to Design Reviews by way of gathering and presenting information from internal &amp; external sources.

 Have a brief understanding of how Interiors engage with Fa&ccedil;ade and Landscape.

 Produce finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
 
 </li>

 Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.

 <li>
 Contribute to the overall look and feel of project interiors with direction from Team Lead.

 Should possess a keen eye for detail.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Create project material finish boards as needed, under direction of senior designers.

 Have a passion for developing presentations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to work well in a dynamic team, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating.

 Develop internal and client presentations.

 Requirements

 Bachelors&rsquo;/Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institute.

 A good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

 Demonstrable presentation and client relations skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail, graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent collaboration skills, good self-organisation, and strong ability to work in a team environment.

 <li>
 Deliver design solutions within tight deadlines, with a flexible-under-pressure, positive attitude.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong desire to learn the design process, including FF&amp;E products, specifications, colours and materials.
