Responsibilities / Qualifications:<ul><li>
Become a tech hero by troubleshooting problems for our clients via phone, email, or in person.</li><li>
Juggle multiple tasks like a pro - keeping track of support requests and keeping things organized is key!</li><li>
Dive into a wide range of IT challenges, from hardware to software.</li><li>
Highly Preferred Skills (but we can train the right candidate!):</li><li>
2+ years of IT experience (or a passion for learning and a willingness to grow!)</li><li>
IT-related degrees or certifications a plus</li><li>
Experience with networks, firewalls, and keeping servers happy</li><li>
Experience with the tech trinity: Active Directory, VPN, and SQL</li><li>
Bonus points for experience with MSP, Office 365, and IP Phones</li><li>
Be able to work in the Duncan office 5 days a week.</li></ul>

IT Support Specialist - Asheville

<div>We are seeking a full-time motivated individual to be a part of the Morris Business IT Team. As our Level 3 IT Tech Support, you will handle numerous higher level technical issues for our company and our clients. We will support your career growth with advanced tools. This position is based out of Duncan, South Carolina with 10% travel in SC/NC. NOTE: This is Not a remote position &ndash; this must be worked on-site.

We help businesses with computers, servers, cyber security, telephones, copiers, faxes, printers and other technology solutions. Qualifications:<ul><li>5 years minimum experience in an IT field</li><li>Experience with installation, configuration and monitoring of small networks and firewalls</li><li>Experience with MSP is a must</li><li>Experience supporting users with Office 365 applications (to include MS Teams)</li><li>Can take detailed notes and reports on clients</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in rapid succession</li><li>Strong attention to accuracy and detail with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working with active directory, VPN, and SQL servers is preferred</li><li>IT related Associates or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, or comparable experience</li><li>Experienced with FM Audit, Connectwise, or IT ticketing software</li><li>Experience writing SOPs</li><li>Experience with IP Phones</li></ul>
