 Who You Are
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You have at least three to four years of law firm experience with intellectual property matters, including copyright litigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Your experience also includes litigation with regards to technology and being conversant with the intersection between technology and copyright law.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a formal technical background and have strong academic credentials in law school and undergraduate coursework.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.

 Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
 
 
 
 
 Austin, TX annual salary range: $260,000 to $310,000
 
 
 
 
 Boston, MA annual salary range: $260,000 to $310,000
