 Who You Are

 You are a high performer with 3 &ndash; 5 years of significant experience in mergers + acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions, on both the buy and sell-side.
 </li>
 <li>
 You possess a solid understanding of complex structural and corporate issues pertaining to acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form and have outstanding research and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have excellent business and legal problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering excellent client service in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.

 Who You Are

 You have at least three to four years of law firm experience with intellectual property matters, including copyright litigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Your experience also includes litigation with regards to technology and being conversant with the intersection between technology and copyright law.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a formal technical background and have strong academic credentials in law school and undergraduate coursework.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
