<div>Administrative Assistant/Safety Administrator
Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full time Packaging Specialist to work with our team in Walnut, CA.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills and dealing with multiple dispatch related questions daily</li>
<li>Good customer service skills and problem solver when rapid changes arrive and changes are made in daily routine</li>
<li>Willing to work within a team environment to tackle challenges together</li>
<li>Must be able to use Microsoft office suite , word, xcel, and capable of editing PDF&rsquo;s</li>
<li>Able to dispatch and coordinate 5-8 delivery vehicles and drivers daily</li>
<li>Update daily and weekly delivery schedules and coordinate with packaging + prefab teams to have product staged</li>
<li>Be available for full time work between the hours of 5:00 am and 2:30pm Monday through Friday</li>
<li>Open to training on different programs such as payroll and inventory tracking software</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills
</li><li>Ability to work with others in a team environment while still being dependable and self-motivated</li>
