Mortenson is currently seeking an Operator that will be responsible for operating equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid-steer, boom lifts/aerial lifts, roller, backhoe, and track crane
</li><li>Follow prescribed safety regulations and maintain clear and orderly housekeeping
</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, observe equipment operation, and detect malfunctions
</li><li>Follow work plans and pre-task cards
</li><li>Build relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
</li>Perform all other duties as assigned

</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Equipment certifications as required
</li><li>Minimum one (1) year of related experience
</li><li>Current driver&rsquo;s license of proper classification and necessary endorsements as required by law
</li><li>Strong teamwork orientation, positive attitude, professional customer service skills, and detail-oriented; ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and load charts
</li><li>Ability to operate equipment by moving levers, shifting gears, depressing pedals, and maneuvering steering wheels; knowledge of equipment and their uses; basic mathematical skills
</li><li>Ability to work independently with active listening and effective communication skills, open to diverse input and feedback
</li><li>Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
</li><li>*Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.

</div><div><div>Payroll Administrator 
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator who will provide timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll transactions. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Review and reconcile timecards
</li><li>Execute the weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll cycle
</li><li>Address inquiries from team members, supervisors, or Craft Resource Managers regarding hours worked or amount paid
</li><li>Manage work portfolio for a specific operating group, including audits, missed hours, off-cycle payroll transfers, historical corrections, and statement of earnings to support draft checks
</li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources to maintain employee data related to worked hours or amount paid to a team member
</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to team members
</li><li>Remain proficient in new technology introduced within the payroll operations
</li><li>Follow department policies related to sensitive information requests
</li><li>Resolve timecard inquiries via telephone or e-mail
</li><li>Build effective work relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
</li><li>Perform additional duties such as maintaining trackers, recording errors, updating KPIs, and working on special projects 
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
</li><li>Minimum of two years&rsquo; payroll experience in a multi-state environment
</li><li>Experience processing payroll in either UKG, Oracle, or ADP is required
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy
</li><li>Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
</li><li>Positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment which leverages new technology
</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
</li><li>Ability to prioritize work assignments and customer requests

</li></ul>The base pay range for this role is $30.77 - $41.54. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL &ndash; 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR &ndash; 10%, Washington, D.C. &ndash; 12.5%). 
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual&rsquo;s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
