As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef (Sous Chef &ndash; Pizza Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Neapolitan-style pizzas, with strong expertise in dough preparation, fermentation, and topping assembly.You will play a key role in ensuring that every pizza meets the authentic standards of quality and taste that define Mo&rsquo;s Kitchen.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and bake pizzas according to customer specifications and Mo&rsquo;s Kitchen standards.</li><li>Manage dough preparation (mixing, hydration, fermentation, and portioning) to ensure optimal texture and flavor.</li><li>Prepare fresh toppings and ingredients while maintaining cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Operate and maintain the pizza oven safely and effectively.</li><li>Monitor product quality to ensure authentic Neapolitan-style standards are consistently met.</li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.</li><li>Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and an excellent dining experience.</li><li>Assist in inventory and stock management for dough, toppings, and other ingredients.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in pizza preparation, especially Neapolitan-style pizzas.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and oven operation.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Good communication skills and strong teamwork ability.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li><li>Energetic, motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Food handler&rsquo;s certificate or relevant training preferred.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for long periods.</li><li>Manual dexterity for handling dough and toppings.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CV and contact details to: inquiries@moskitchen.netNote: The position is based in Abu Dhabi.
