What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures</li><li>
Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency</li><li>
Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records</li><li>
Educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance</li><li>
Help keep the day flowing with a proactive, can-do attitude</li></ul>
Schedule: Part-time; Friday 7am-3pm
Pay: $24-$30/hr, depending on experience 
 
 
Requirements 
What You Bring<ul><li>
Oral surgery experience</li><li>
OMSA or DAANCE certifications required
</li><li>Radiology certification and CPR certification</li><li>
Experience with dental software (e.g., DSN or WinOMS) is a plus</li><li>
A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor</li><li>
A team-first mindset with great communication skills</li></ul>

 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures including root canals, retreatments, apical surgeries, root amputations, and resorption repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the office in a warm and inviting manner which creates a positive marketing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Make appointments for surgeries, root canals and follow-up appointments. Follow scheduling guidelines, policy and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively communicate post-op instructions to patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Help keep the day flowing with a proactive, can-do attitude to implement a smooth, efficient process for all patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the office manager with chart audits training, scheduling, and supply management
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilities and Janitorial service schedule maintenance checks and report repairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Quarterly audits and insure all OSHA regulations and training is in place
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Work Schedule: Tue- Fri
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School diploma or GED required
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to travel to Moses Lake office
 </li>
 <li>
 X-ray certification desired
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a current, state specific license or certificate which authorizes the individual to perform job functions in addition to the essential duties, as required by state law (EFDA, RDA, Coronal Polishing, X- Ray)
 </li>
 <li>
 Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of DA experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Open Dental software preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual Spanish preferred
 
 
 </li>
