We are looking for a meticulous and creative <b>E-commerce Content Executive</b> to manage all listings and content operations for Mosaic Wellness across 3 brands on <b>various marketplaces</b>. This role involves owning every aspect of listing quality &mdash; from product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images to ratings and content accuracy &mdash; ensuring our brand stands out in both platforms&rsquo; beauty and fashion ecosystems.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
1. Listing Setup &amp; Optimization:</b></h4><div>
Create, manage, and update product listings on <b>across marketplaces such as Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho and Purplle</b>.</div><div>
Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions aligned with platform-specific tone and search algorithms.</div><div>
Ensure listing accuracy in product attributes such as ingredients, size, form factor, variant mapping, ingredients, and usage details.</div><div>
Regularly audit listings for completeness and fix issues such as inactive SKUs, mis-categorization, or missing content</div><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
2. Content Quality &amp; Brand Presentation:</b></h4><div>
Maintain consistent brand tone and storytelling across Nykaa and Myntra, ensuring listings reflect the brand&rsquo;s visual and verbal identity.</div><div>
Collaborate with the design team to curate high-quality product images, model shots, and creative banners adhering to each platform&rsquo;s specifications.</div><div>
Upload and manage <b>A+ content</b> or <b>Enhanced PDP content</b> (where applicable).</div><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
3. Pricing, Promotions &amp; Offers:</b></h4><div>
Update and verify product pricing, promotional discounts, and visibility during events like <b>Nykaa Pink Friday</b>, <b>Myntra EORS</b>, <b>End of Season Sale (EOSS) </b>and other such marquee events</div><div>
Track competitor pricing and identify opportunities to optimize positioning while maintaining profitability.</div><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
4. Ratings, Reviews &amp; Customer Feedback:</b></h4><div>
Monitor customer ratings and reviews on Nykaa and Myntra to ensure brand reputation and product perception remain strong.</div><div>
Coordinate with customer care and product teams to address recurring feedback themes.</div><div>
Support initiatives to increase genuine reviews and engagement.</div><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
5. Coordination &amp; Reporting:</b></h4><div>
Work closely with category, marketing, and design teams to ensure all product launches and updates go live on time.</div><div>
Track listing health metrics, content scores, and PDP conversion data to recommend improvements.</div><div>
Maintain master content trackers and ensure version control across platforms.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></h3><div></div><div><b><br>
Education:</b></div><div>
Graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience:</b></div><div>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in e-commerce content management, preferably within <b>beauty or personal care</b> categories.</div><div>
Prior experience managing listings on <b>Nykaa</b>, <b>Myntra</b>, or similar platforms is <b>strongly preferred</b>.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Core Skills:</b></div><div>
Excellent written English and strong storytelling ability with an understanding of what converts on beauty/fashion marketplaces.</div><div>
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.</div><div>
Knowledge of image specifications, content tagging, and taxonomy for Nykaa &amp; Myntra.</div><div>
Eye for design, composition, and product aesthetics.</div><div>
Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong coordination skills.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Role Overview</b></div><div>
The Compliance Manager will oversee compliance across Mosaic Wellness for multiple business areas, including <b>food, cosmetics, drugs, and consumer products.</b> The role involves licensing, product approvals, labelling and claims review, operations and facility compliance, audits, and coordination with regulators and internal teams.</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div>
Manage end-to-end compliance, under various laws applicable to food, drugs, cosmetics and other consumer products.</div><div>
Support licensing, registrations and renewals under relevant laws.</div><div>
Oversee licensing and product registration processes with relevant authorities.</div><div>
Review and approve product labels, ingredients, packaging, and promotional claims to ensure compliance.</div><div>
Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure readiness for inspections by regulators.</div><div>
Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal teams, embedding compliance into business processes.</div><div>
Track regulatory changes and update internal practices accordingly.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Jurisdictions Covered:</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
The role will primarily focus on India</b>, while also overseeing compliance requirements for Mosaic Wellness&rsquo;s business abroad including the United States, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates.</div><div><b>
Educational Qualifications:</b></div><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) / Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Medicine (MBBS) / Food Technology / Life Sciences, or related field.</div><div>
Master&rsquo;s in Law or Food/Drug Regulatory Science is a plus but not necessary.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience:</b></div><div>
4&ndash;8 years in regulatory compliance (FMCG, Food, Pharma, or Cosmetics).</div><div>
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity across multiple products or areas.</div><div>
Understanding of Drugs &amp; Cosmetics Act, FSSAI, Legal Metrology.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills Required:</b></div><div>
Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks</div><div>
Hands-on experience with audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.</div><div>
