Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing real estate team. The role focuses primarily on generating leads and closing deals through daily outbound calling.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make a minimum of 100+ calls daily to potential clients</li><li>Generate and qualify leads for property sales</li><li>Maintain and update daily calling sheets in CRM/Google Sheets</li><li>Follow up with interested clients and convert them into potential buyers</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Basic salary (for limited initial period only)</li><li>High commission structure (primary earning potential)</li><li>Incentives based on performance</li><li>Career growth opportunities in real estate</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and convincing skills</li><li>Sales-driven mindset with focus on earning through commission</li><li>Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated</li><li>Previous telesales or real estate experience is a plus</li><li>Must be consistent with daily calling targets</li></ul>Important Note: This role is highly commission-based.
