Guest Service<ul><li>Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor</li><li>Greet guests promptly and courteously during breakfast hours</li><li>Interact with guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction</li><li>Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests, concerns, or complaints</li><li>Communicate guest feedback or special requests to management or the front desk</li><li>Actively support and participate in guest service initiatives and brand expectations</li></ul>Breakfast Operations<ul><li>Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar according to brand standards</li><li>Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items following approved menus and procedures</li><li>Stock and monitor coffee, juice, milk, and beverage dispensers</li><li>Arrange serving dishes, utensils, cups, napkins, and paper products</li><li>Ensure cold food items such as pastries, cereals, yogurt, and fruit are properly displayed and replenished</li><li>Replenish all breakfast items consistently throughout service and prepare for the next day</li><li>Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards at all times</li><li>Wash, sanitize, and store serving equipment and utensils</li><li>Return reusable food supplies and equipment to proper storage areas</li></ul>Cleanliness &amp; Safety<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, cabinets, equipment, and floors</li><li>Clear and clean tables promptly as guests finish</li><li>Wipe up spills immediately to maintain safety and cleanliness</li><li>Remove trash regularly and keep waste areas clean and organized</li><li>Follow all hotel, brand, and local health department safety guidelines</li></ul>Additional Expectations<ul><li>Maintain a professional appearance and follow uniform and hygiene standards</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Be punctual, dependable, and reliable for scheduled shifts</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, typically 4&ndash;8 hours per shift</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30&ndash;40 pounds (including food trays, supplies, and equipment)</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and crouch frequently throughout the shift</li><li>Ability to safely handle hot equipment, cookware, and food items</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive motions, including wiping, lifting, carrying, and stocking</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Ability to work early morning hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This position requires early morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM in North East, PA.
