The Principal will provide visionary leadership, academic guidance, and administrative direction to the institution while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage all academic, administrative, and operational functions of the College of Nursing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC), Odisha Nursing Council, and affiliating university norms.</li><li>Oversee curriculum design, academic scheduling, and quality teaching practices.</li><li>Supervise clinical training, internships, and hospital collaborations.</li><li>Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.</li><li>Promote research, professional development, and community health programs.</li><li>Uphold institutional values, ethics, and educational excellence.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred).</li><li>Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years in a senior administrative or leadership role (such as Vice Principal, Professor, or Head of Department).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>In-depth understanding of academic accreditation, nursing council requirements, and modern teaching methodologies.</li></ul>Remuneration:Attractive and competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
