Under general supervision, they deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with established philosophy. Nurses collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Nurses effectively interact with patient and significant others, while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. The nature of the direction and supervision required for this position varies by State and job setting. Staff Nurses provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention and must be able to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions.Position Responsibilities1) The Staff Nurse reports to the Incharge.2) She/he is responsible for entire checking and maintaining the OT inventory of consumable and non-consumable.3) Preparation of surgical instruments, linen, anesthetic articles, drugs and necessary sutures.4) Check all gases, suction, and all other supportive equipment to be ready.5) Check and receive with all reports, records and all other pre- operative check list.6) Necessary arrangements to be done to send the patients to the respective wards with all post-operative instruction and records.7) Necessary cleaning to be done for to get ready for next case using disinfectant.Qualification : BSc / GNM Experience : Min 1yrJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Position Responsibilities1) Ensure that patients receive the blood and blood products on time.2) Testing blood for transfusion transmitting diseases and to ensure the patient safety.3) Investigating adverse transfusion reaction and adverse donor reaction.4) Supervising the collection, separation, delivery and storage of blood components.5) Supporting physicians and nurses in blood transfusion therapy.6) Testing for blood group antigens, compatibility and antibody screening.7) Investigating abnormalities such as hemolytic diseases of the newborn, hemolytic anemia&rsquo;s etc. and ensure policies and SOP are followed consistently and look for areas of opportunities8) Performing blood collection and processing, including selecting donors, collecting blood, typing blood and other screening process.9) Ensure that internal quality control &amp; EQAs activities are performed in time.10) Ensure that following and maintenance of all required documents.Qualification : BSc MLT / DMLT Experience : 3-5YR Hospital ExpJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
