Job Title: C&amp;D Plant Operations Executive / Supervisor / ManagerDepartment: OperationsLocation: C&amp;D Waste Processing FacilityIndustry: Waste Management / Recycling / ConstructionJob PurposeTo ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the Construction &amp; Demolition (C&amp;D) waste processing plant, including material intake, segregation, crushing, screening, quality control, and dispatch of recycled products.Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operations<ul><li>Monitor day-to-day functioning of crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, and sorting systems.</li><li>Ensure proper segregation of incoming C&amp;D waste (concrete, bricks, soil, metal, wood, plastics).</li><li>Oversee crushing, screening, washing (if applicable), and final product generation (RMC aggregates, sand, blocks etc.).</li><li>Monitor plant parameters, equipment performance, and yield.</li></ul>2. Workforce &amp; Shift Management<ul><li>Supervise operators, helpers, and sorting staff.</li><li>Plan shift schedules and allocate manpower.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure recycled aggregates meet required specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with QC team for sampling and testing.</li><li>Maintain records of production and quality.</li></ul>4. Maintenance &amp; Equipment Care<ul><li>Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for preventive &amp; breakdown maintenance.</li><li>Ensure lubrication schedules, daily inspections, and timely repairs.</li><li>Minimize downtime and improve plant availability.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Track incoming waste quantity and outgoing recycled products.</li><li>Maintain stock reports for raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily production reports, fuel consumption, machine hours, and operator logs.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports, incident reports, and maintenance records.</li></ul>7. Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)<ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE usage.</li><li>Monitor dust, noise, and pollution control equipment.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping and waste disposal practices.</li><li>Follow municipal/PCB/ISO procedures.</li></ul>8. Compliance &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with municipal authorities, contractors, transporters, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure plant operation complies with environmental and regulatory norms.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Knowledge of crushing &amp; screening plants.</li><li>Understanding of waste segregation and recycling processes.</li><li>Experience in handling heavy equipment (JCB, loaders, trucks).</li><li>Strong supervisory and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle emergency situations and breakdowns.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, MIS reporting).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Environmental, or related fields.</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in C&amp;D waste management, crusher plant, RMC, or mining operations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
