Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. Your expertise will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge through innovative lesson planning and classroom management.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education.</li><li>Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.</li><li>Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stages.</li><li>Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of child welfare and safety.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development, milestones, and any behavioral or educational concerns.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.</li><li>Prior experience with toddler care, preschool activities, and classroom experience across diverse age groups is preferred.</li><li>Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
