As a Produce Clerk, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in maintaining vibrant displays, ensuring product freshness, and supporting an excellent customer experience. From rotating stock to helping customers discover new produce, this is a hands-on role for someone who values quality, service, and teamwork. 
Hourly Pay: $16.90 &ndash; $24.00

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li> Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude</li><li> Stock, rotate, and maintain fresh produce and packaged fruits/vegetables</li><li> Remove spoiled or damaged items and ensure all displays are fresh and appealing</li><li> Water, trim, and merchandise produce and floral items as needed</li><li> Help customers locate items and provide information about fruits, vegetables, and alternative diets</li><li> Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries</li><li> Set up and take down seasonal displays</li><li> Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the department</li><li> Coordinate returns or credits with suppliers when applicable</li><li> Work with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li> Perform other duties as assigned by the Produce or Store Manager</li></ul> 
What You Bring<div>
Experience &amp; Skills: 
<ul><li> Previous customer service experience required</li><li> Experience with produce is a plus</li><li> Basic math and inventory handling skills</li><li> Familiarity with natural foods, health-conscious diets, or organic produce preferred</li></ul></div><div>
Customer Focus &amp; Abilities: 
<ul><li> Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused</li><li> Able to communicate product knowledge clearly and helpfully</li><li> Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment</li><li> Physically able to perform stocking and lifting duties safely and efficiently</li></ul></div> 
Physical Requirements<ul><li> Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)</li><li> Lift and carry boxes and crates up to 75 lbs.</li><li> Squat, bend, and climb ladders as needed</li><li> Reach overhead and stock shelves using carts, box cutters, and dollies</li><li> Work in varying conditions, including wet or cold environments</li></ul> 
Schedule Requirements<ul><li> Must have flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays</li></ul>
