We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations &amp; HR Coordinator to help manage HR tasks, office administration, and basic project coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:<ul><li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes</li><li>Maintain employee records and leave tracking</li><li>Support employee engagement and basic HR compliance</li><li>Coordinate performance review documentation and feedback</li></ul>Office Administration:<ul><li>Manage office supplies and vendor coordination</li><li>Organize meetings, travel, and internal communication</li><li>Maintain office documentation and filing systems</li></ul>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Track basic project timelines and team deliverables</li><li>Communicate progress updates to management</li><li>Help with reporting and client coordination as needed</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>1 year of experience preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome</li><li>Organized, proactive, and good at multitasking</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace and basic project tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
