<div>SUMMARY:

The Project Manager of Procurement Strategy will oversee the strategic/critical projects related to procurement for Motion Industries. The projects will include, but are not limited to: procurement modeling, supplier optimization, procurement analytics, process improvements, communication efforts, etc. The project manager will work to build relationships with cross-functional teams ensuring procurement projects are completed and implemented to the greatest benefit for the company. The project manager will collaborate with Procurement leadership and other Supply Chain team members to create innovative solutions to support departmental and company strategy. 


JOB DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.</li>
<li>Produces actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identifies areas of improvement into current operations, and displays root cause analysis of problems.</li>
<li>Enhances data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building advanced analytics.</li>
<li>Communicates findings and insights to Executive Team and Field Leadership and provides business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.</li>
<li>Uses data to identify process improvements for the business based on collaboration with team members. Creates data visualizations and presentations; requires advanced PowerPoint knowledge.</li>
<li>Develops complex queries, simulation models, advanced purchasing metrics, supplier scorecards, etc. Requires ability to use predictive analytics to drive sound business decisions.</li>
<li>Provides reporting solutions and responds to ad-hoc report requests</li>
<li>Works with IT Department to enhance current and future procurement processes.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works with Director of Procurement Strategy and other supply chain team members to create data analytics that support company objectives, helps solve business problems, and assists in continuous assessment and monitoring of procurement activity.</li></ul> 


EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, statistics, applied mathematics, analytics, or a related field, and at least one (1) year of experience managing projects is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong analytical problem solving skills and a background in quantitative thinking and statistical data analysis is required.</li></ul> 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
<ul>
<li>Ability to identify the level, timing, and type of communications for the intended audience.</li>
<li>Active listening skills and ability to ask questions as required to validate understanding. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.</li>
<li>Demonstrated competence and confidence in verbal communications required.</li>
<li>Understanding of predictive analytics.</li>
<li>Ability to organize ideas logically to achieve the objectives of the written communication.</li>
<li>Strong relationship building skills with both internal/external stakeholders through effective communication.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of databases and data structures is essential. Experience with visual analytics tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.</li>
<li>Experience in data mining, cleaning, query development, scripting, programming, and business intelligence.</li>
<li>Experience with application of statistical skills such as distributions, statistical testing, and regression analysis.</li>
<li>Demonstrated efficiency and effectiveness of managing their own time required.</li></ul>

Project Manager - Procurement Strategy

<div>Manager, Search Engine Marketing
SUMMARY:
The Manager, Search Engine Marketing will be primarily focused on driving search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, enhance online visibility, and ensure site health in the eyes of search engines. This role will also work closely with the PPC team to align search marketing efforts across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate will have deep technical SEO expertise, a working knowledge of the changing landscape with AI Engine Optimization, combined with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Candidates with high-level knowledge of PPC preferred.
JOB DUTIES<ul><li>
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page, off- page, technical SEO, and content optimization.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the PPC/Paid Media team to ensure alignment between organic and paid search efforts.</li><li>
Partner with content, web development, and design teams to execute SEO best practice and improve user experience.</li><li>
Analyze SEO performance metrics through tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar, and prepare actionable reports.</li><li>
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site architecture, crawlability, and indexing challenges.</li><li>
Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and evolving SEO and AIO practices.</li><li>
Support cross-channel marketing campaigns by providing SEO guidance and insights.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES<ul><li>
Proven SEO experience (3-5 years) with measurable improvements in search rankings and organic traffic.</li><li>
Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.</li><li>
Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and the ability to collaborate effectively with PPC teams.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>
Knowledge of HTML and website optimization best practices is desirable.</li><li>
Strong communication and project management skills.</li><li>
Experience managing SEO projects and initiatives cross-functionally.</li><li>
SEO certifications or relevant training preferred.</li><li>
The ideal candidate has a deep background in technical SEO best practices including but not limited to canonicalization strategy, schema implementation, and XML sitemap maintenance.</li><li>
Experience with the following tools preferred: BrightEdge, Agency Analytics, Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, SEO quake or other SEO auditing tools.</li></ul>

We are presently seeking a highly motivated Buyer Planner for our Purchasing Department located in our New Bedford, Massachusetts location. JOB DUTIES<ul><li>Analyze inventory, usage, forecasts and production data to determine appropriate scheduling. Intermediate* Excel skills needed.</li><li>Use and learn to become expert user of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) software.</li><li>Submit and follow up on Quotation Requests (RFQ) to suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and other requirements.</li><li>Create, transmit, confirm, expedite, and update purchase orders.</li><li>Communicate with freight forwarders and coordinate documents required for foreign shipments, both import and export.</li><li>Analyze product and assign HTS codes.</li><li>Enter and maintain accurate duty and tariff information in system.</li><li>Assist Sales in determining landed costs, including cost, freight, and duty/tariffs.</li><li>Provide Sales with freight and air shipping costs as needed, including rush shipments.</li><li>Provide analysis and support for SKU rationalization / maintenance and other business initiatives.</li><li>Work proactively with sales and marketing to identify trends and refine the demand plan.</li><li>Liaise with external and internal delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.</li><li>Obtain and review purchase order confirmation from suppliers, notifying sales of significant changes.</li><li>Maintain department files: purchase orders, quotations, new item forms, correspondence, etc.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
