<div>Software Engineer II
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Software Engineer II develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and testing. This position improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
JOB DUTIES<ul><li>
Manages trouble ticket resolution for multiple applications.</li><li>
Provides production support of applications in production by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, developing and testing fixes, and migrating solutions with limited supervision.</li><li>
Uses back-end programming languages, as well as front-end script languages to optimize performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>
Codes programming logic for new or existing solutions software or applications following design specifications put in place by senior software development staff and leadership.</li><li>
Works on assignments with defined parameters where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.</li><li>
Handles installation, configuration, development, workflow design, monitoring, and/or upgrade of assigned software products.</li><li>
Monitors quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.Maintains up-to-date records of issues with existing code.</li><li>
Develops and unit tests application programs as specified in Technical Designs and obtains code reviews, while ensuring that all programming standards and policies are adhered to.</li><li>
Offers more experienced system recommendations for defined business needs.</li><li>
Obtains Technical Designs and Unit Test plan reviews from Senior Application Developers and may perform Tech Designs and Unit Test plan reviews of other developers.</li><li>
Presents work for review and sign off by peers and/or management in his workgroup.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience; or equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES<ul><li>
Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support.</li><li>
Intermediate knowledge of client/server networks.</li><li>
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.</li><li>

Software Engineer II

<div>SUMMARY: 
Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve established sales targets. Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales force in order to implement Motion overall sales strategy for an assigned region. Monitors the performance of the sales teams or branches within the region and reallocates resources to improve overall results. Contributes to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region. Oversees sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time. Coaches sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.<div> 
JOB DUTIES 
<ul><li>Responsible for achieving accounts sales and profit goals within a defined geographic area. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.</li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization. Typically supervises activities of sales force.</li><li>Ensures achievement of Motion Industries' sales and profit targets through direct product engagement. Focus is on achievement of sales and profit targets through direct/indirect influence on customers. Covers all aspects of sales, including strategic and product planning, account management, training, and sales support.</li><li>Assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Develops and delivers sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducts product demonstrations. Develops medium to long-term sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div> 
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE 
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and ten (10) or more years of related 
experience or an equivalent combination.<div>

SUMMARY:
The Scrum Master III is responsible for helping guide Motion&rsquo;s software development teams through the use of Agile/Scrum best practices/principles, and ensuring the agreed Agile process is being followed across the various Agile teams. This role creates, defines, and fosters an environment of transparency and continuous improvement, helping Motion Agile teams to achieve their KPIs, increase speed and agility, and enhance overall outcomes and quality. This role establishes industry best practices, relevant metrics/KPIs, and implements standards &amp; procedures to optimize and accelerate software delivery across the various scrum teams. Scrum Master III may act as a coach or a specialized position within the team.

JOB DUTIES<ul><li>
Plans and manages the development and implementation process of Motion&rsquo;s products and services using the Agile project methodology for projects of larger scope whose outcome may impact the larger organization as a whole.</li><li>

Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate features and capabilities.</li><li>
Facilitates team meetings, including the daily stand-up, iteration planning, iteration review, iteration retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies.</li><li>
