 Summary
 
 
 
 Under limited supervision, the Scrum Master II is responsible for helping guide Motion&rsquo;s software development teams through the use of Agile/Scrum best practices/principles, and ensuring the agreed Agile process is being followed across the various Agile teams. This role creates, defines, and fosters an environment of transparency and continuous improvement, helping Motion Agile teams to achieve their KPIs, increase speed and agility, and enhance overall outcomes and quality. This role establishes industry best practices, relevant metrics/KPIs, and implements standards &amp; procedures to optimize and accelerate software delivery across the various scrum teams.
 
 
 
 Job Duties
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plans and manages the development and implementation process of Motion's products and services using the Agile project methodology for projects of larger scope whose outcome may impact the larger organization as a whole.
 </li>

 Focuses the Agile team on delivering planned value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate features and capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitates team meetings, including the daily stand-up, iteration planning, iteration review, iteration retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies.
 </li>

 Develops a good understanding of the Agile methodology and principles and follows the defined processes and practices.

 Works with the Process Owners in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic concerning priorities, sustainability, and scope.

 Coordinates addressing external and internal requests to the development team.

 Adapts existing scrum policies with independent judgement with the goal of ensuring quality and timeliness.

 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) to eight (8) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Scrum Master

<div>SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Corporate Fulfillment Analyst analyzes, monitors, and follows up on the Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center vendor purchase to pay processes. The Corporate Fulfillment Analyst&rsquo;s goal is to ensure Motion Industries has visibility to all orders in transit with timely receipts of orders; supporting the corporate supply chain goal of having the right inventory, in the right location, in the right quantity to create accessibility and profitability for the organization.
JOB DUTIES<ul><li>
Confirms vendor receipt and estimated ship dates, monitors order status, follows up on late orders and proactively expedites orders.</li><li>
Builds relationships with strategic suppliers, monitors / reports on receipt of material, and improves order visibility for Motion Industries Distribution and Fulfillment Centers.</li><li>
Serves as the key contact for Motion&rsquo;s North American branches and sales offices by facilitating branch orders made through the DC / FC network.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement by leveraging data to support decision making.</li><li>
Utilizes critical thinking and strong data analysis skills to ensure order fulfillment and visibility.</li><li>
Observes data patterns to identify opportunities for process optimization.</li></ul>
Monitors the order life cycle after order placement through receipt.<ul><li>
Leverages BI tools to execute order management and drive data accuracy.</li><li>
Maintains a customer-centric approach in communications to branches, sales offices, and vendors.</li><li>
Demonstrates creative problem solving and a continuous improvement mindset while actively participating in the process.</li><li>
Collaborates effectively in a team environment, but has high individual motivation.</li><li>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>

<div>SUMMARY:
The Product Information Management (PIM) Data Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing the quality of product data within the organization's PIM system. This role executes a structured approach to the collection, creation, maintenance and distribution of master product data through product information management. This role is responsible for the integrity of the organization's master product data systems.
JOB DUTIES<ul><li>
Creates, inputs, reviews, approves and distributes product master data using various tools and workflows. Works with vendors and third parties to collect and update data.</li><li>
Manages data requests in support of business processes, new product sales initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.</li><li>
Drives excellence and ensures continuous improvement in quality of data through cleansing and best practices for data construction.</li><li>
Provides input into the development of PIM data collection templates and workflows.</li><li>
Works collaboratively as a data steward within teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that are managed in concert with PIM data.</li><li>
Identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality.</li><li>
Partners with cross functional stakeholders to support business needs.</li><li>
Ensures data output feeds are successful, troubleshooting and/or updating as required.</li><li>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing or a related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.</li></ul>
