Organizational Effectiveness &amp; Process Excellence<ul><li>Build, refine, and manage systems and processes related to academic content for the K-12 segment.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure smooth academic operations across all centers.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of strategic academic initiatives.</li></ul>4. Strategic &amp; Academic Leadership<ul><li>Drive innovation in learning methodologies to enhance student outcomes and learning experiences.</li><li>Guide academic teams on best practices for effective content delivery and learner engagement.</li><li>Plan and conduct seminars, webinars, and academic events with top faculties to promote student learning and motivation.</li></ul>5. Faculty &amp; Student Management<ul><li>Oversee faculty performance, ensure training and mentoring as required.</li><li>Implement effective student feedback systems to measure and improve teaching quality.</li><li>Monitor student results across centers and take strategic steps to enhance academic performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD6,902.140 - KD8,627.670 per year
