We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a faculty member in 3D Modelling and 3D Animation. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students, helping them develop a strong foundation in 3D design, modeling, animation techniques, and industry-standard tools. The position offers an opportunity to mentor the next generation of 3D artists while staying actively engaged with the evolving trends in the animation and gaming industries.Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on course content in 3D Modelling and 3D Animation.- Teach a variety of topics, including but not limited to:- 3D asset creation- Rigging and character animation- Lighting and texturing- Rendering and compositing- Industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Cinema 4D.- Mentor students on academic projects, portfolios, and industry practices.- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.- Collaborate with the academic team to refine course materials and improve teaching methodologies.- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.- Foster a creative and supportive learning environment.---QualificationsEducation:- A Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Game Design, Digital Art, or a related field.- Certification in 3D Animation software (preferred but not mandatory).Experience:- Minimum 1 years of professional experience in 3D Modelling, Animation, or related fields.Skills:- Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Unreal Engine, or Unity.- Strong understanding of 3D animation principles, pipeline processes, and storytelling.- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students of varying skill levels.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing professional work (required).---Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in virtual production, augmented/virtual reality, or procedural modeling.- Knowledge of motion capture technologies and workflows.- Familiarity with emerging trends like AI in 3D art and animation.---Why Join Us?- Opportunity to shape future artists and animators.- Access to cutting-edge tools and resources.- A collaborative and innovative academic environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and creative exploration.Application Process:To apply, please submit the following:- A detailed resume.- A link to your portfolio or demo reel.- A cover letter highlighting your experience and teaching philosophy.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional who is excited about inspiring students and contributing to the dynamic field of 3D Modelling and Animation!Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 11 monthsPay: &#8377;13,200.47 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>3D Animation: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
