 Contract Duration: 6 Months
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and analyze basic or tactical Finance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide information to client personnel in Finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Process manual invoices in a high-volume production environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct ACH/NOC research and assist with electronic payment troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with team members to resolve invoice-related issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt to changing daily tasks as business needs evolve
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
 </li>
 <li>
 Accounting experience, including familiarity with AUs/GLs and Legal Entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality control
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of payments, especially electronic (ACH/Wire)
 </li>

 supporting the Colleague Total Rewards &amp; Well-being organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will provide administrative support to the Medical Services team, coordinate scheduling and documentation, maintain confidential medical records, and assist with wellness initiatives while partnering with nursing staff and senior business leaders.

 12 Months
 
 
 
 Pay:
 
 27/hr. on a W2
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll be doing:
 
 
 
 &bull; Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, leaders, and the Medical Services department
 
 
 &bull; Support nursing staff with day-to-day administrative operations
 
 
 &bull; Manage appointment scheduling, distribute required documents, and troubleshoot scheduling system issues
 
 
 &bull; Maintain confidential medical records and utilize the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for documentation and reporting
 
 
 &bull; Assist with wellness programs, promotional events, and special projects
 
 
 &bull; Process department invoices, corporate card transactions, and support monthly budget reconciliation
 
 
 &bull; Order office and medical supplies while ensuring efficient department operations
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; 2+ years of administrative or business support experience
 
 
 &bull; Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up
 
 
 &bull; Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently
 
 
 &bull; Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
 
 
 &bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
 
 
 &bull; Experience with
 
 Ariba
 
 and
 
 Concur
 
 is preferred
 
 
 &bull; Experience supporting executive teams or healthcare/medical services environments is a plus
