 <li>
 Bachelor degree in Electronics or equivalent - Full time
 </li>
 <li>
 13+ years of experience in Mobile phone manufacturing Process and Process Machine management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Skills Required :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive and support end to end mobile phone manufacturing process ( SMT / Assembly )excellence initiatives across the organization with EMS partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experienced in Process equipment and fixtures development ( SMT Machines- Mounter , Printer , AOI, Reflow , Assemble Machines - Glue dispense , Auto Screwing , Plasma cleaning and Pressing machines , clean room)
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to manage cross -functional team and working with internal , EMS partner and ODM to delivery NPI and mass production of mobile phone manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Knowledge in pneumatic components , PLC ladder review and modification , Timer andLoad cell.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable to do production line audit ,review reports , SOP review , DFM understanding and Impression validation to meet lead factory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate the template to retrieve performance affecting factors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well knowledge in manufacturing yield , Capacity calculation ,PFMEA , CP &amp; CPK.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying Process consumable items &amp; able to handle Engineering Change note.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in fixture debug , CAD / Solid works and fixture Localization
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be passionate team player , Proactive thinking , Risk assessment and handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Can be able to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving improvement projects for process optimization and cost savings initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Responsibilities :-
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage overall Mobile Manufacturing process readiness and mange Process equipment and Fixtures , Risk study of capacity , Line balancing and identifying process bottleneck
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the declared process and equipment specification by doing frequent line audit. Drive EMS partner to close audit action items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve NPI Equipment specification and SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 To optimize process cycle time and ensure line capacity based on volume forecast.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal and EMS partner to maintain Capex and Opex budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and handle ECN implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Review NPI reports , EMS Capacity planning and OEE reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with ODM and Lead site team to execute manufacturing process in a smooth way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Local vendor development and fixture localization .
 </li>
