The ideal candidate must be proficient in explaining scientific principles in a comprehensible manner while following the prescribed syllabus for either CBSE (NCERT-based) or HPBOSE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology aligned with CBSE/HPBOSE guidelines for Primary &amp; Middle school.</li><li>Practical Learning: Plan and oversee hands-on laboratory experiments, ensuring strict adherence to lab safety protocols.</li><li>Assessment: Conduct regular quizzes, assignments, and periodic tests as per the board&rsquo;s evaluation system; provide timely feedback to support student growth.</li><li>Student Support: Identify and assist struggling students through remedial programs while fostering curiosity and critical thinking in all learners.</li><li>Co-curricular Activities: Organize and participate in science exhibitions, fairs, and field trips to enhance real-world understanding.</li><li>Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate student records (attendance and performance) and actively participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTM).</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>B.Sc.
