About us MIBD (Mount Institute of Business Development) is a fast-growing higher-education provider in Dubai South (DWC), delivering Ofqual-regulated OTHM qualifications and industry-focused learning. We&rsquo;re expanding and looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator who understands OTHM standards inside out.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Own day-to-day academic operations for OTHM programmes (Levels 3&ndash;7)</li><li>Build and publish timetables; coordinate faculty loads and rooming</li><li>Ensure assessment &amp; IQA compliance: briefs, LO mapping, moderation, IV, and exam boards</li><li>Prepare EQA/centre visit evidence, policies, and action plans; maintain continuous quality improvement</li><li>Manage LMS (Moodle) course shells, enrollments, gradebooks, Turnitin/plagiarism checks</li><li>Track student progress, attendance, and retention; run results boards and reporting</li><li>Coordinate onboarding/orientation, student communications, and academic calendars</li><li>Liaise with awarding body (OTHM), external verifiers, and partner institutions for progressions</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll need<ul><li>2&ndash;4+ years in academic coordination within OTHM/Ofqual frameworks (RQF)</li><li>Solid grasp of IQA/EQA processes, assessment cycles, and centre compliance</li><li>Hands-on with Moodle (or similar LMS), MS Office/Google Workspace; Turnitin familiarity</li><li>Strong documentation, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication</li><li>Based in Dubai, UAE.
