Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Marathi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Marathi language instruction, fostering a love for regional literature and language, and supporting students in developing strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging Marathi language lessons in line with curriculum standards.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.</li><li>Teach grammar, vocabulary, composition, reading comprehension, and oral communication.</li><li>Incorporate Marathi literature, culture, and traditions into the curriculum.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.</li><li>Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.</li><li>Participate in school events, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.</li><li>Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular Marathi activities.</li><li>Stay updated with educational trends and curriculum changes in language teaching.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marathi / Literature / Education (B.Ed. preferred).</li><li>Proven experience teaching Marathi (minimum 1&ndash;3 years preferred).</li><li>Excellent command over Marathi grammar, vocabulary, and literature.</li><li>Strong communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Ability to use technology for online teaching (if applicable).</li><li>Passion for teaching and regional language promotion.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Preferred Qualifications:</li><li>Experience in curriculum design or textbook development.</li><li>Exposure to CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.</li><li>Familiarity with digital tools for teaching (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
