The Maintenance Supervisor must be a leader capable of direction others to meet/exceed defined goals. The Maintenance Supervisor must be knowledgeable of all aspects of cement manufacturing, equipment maintenance/operations, and have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations effecting product or governing employee safety/management. This individual must promote environmental/safety compliance at all times.

OVERVIEW: The MCC Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing and delegating repair/maintenance activities to a crew of mechanic/welders that report to this individual. Job activities must be performed while complying with applicable safety and environmental regulations and/or MCC policies at all times. Basic qualifications and/or traits that the MCC Maintenance Supervisor must posses include:

<ul><li>Knowledge of all aspects of cement manufacturing.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient in the tasks of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all mechanical equipment throughout all MCC operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills to facilitate completion of repair/replacement activities on time and within budget constraints.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Leadership; must lead by example and be capable of focusing personnel from various departments to meet one common goal.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Integrity and ethical behavior beyond reproach.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must possess good communication skills; writing, speaking, listening effectively.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in establishing goals that are clear, well defined, and measurable. Must be able to communicate these objectives clearly to others, and provide feedback/appraisals to ascertain if the objectives are being met.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must possess good decision making skills based upon the ability to accurately identify problems, collect relevant information/data, and generate cost effective solutions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be capable of handling stress associated with maintenance activities, deadlines, and personnel interactions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Capable of maintaining appropriate and constructive responses under all circumstances.</li></ul>

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Supervisor is a front line supervisor accountable for the performance of repair and maintenance activities throughout MCC. This individual&rsquo;s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<ul><li>Compliance with all MSHA, Federal, State, and local rules/regulations and/or observance of MCC company policies at all times. Procedures and performance of activities may vary as conditions change (i.e. changing weather conditions, operational status of mechanical equipment changes, etc.).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Compliance with all Federal, State, and local environmental rules and regulations at all times.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Completion of accurate, timely troubleshooting/repairs/maintenance of all mechanical equipment throughout all MCC operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing leadership that establishes clear goals that are measurable and well defined. This individual should lead by example holding himself and his subordinates accountable for their job performance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Problem solving including the ability to accurately identify problems, development of cost effective actions, delegating responsibility of performance of actions to subordinates, and holding subordinates accountable for job/task performance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Clear communication of priorities/goals/objectives to all maintenance department employees to provide definitive direction.</li></ul>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE: The Maintenance Supervisor will have formal and/or technical education along with supervisory training.

<ul><li>An Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A minimum of five years of field experience in heavy or mining industries required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Technical schooling in areas of equipment repair and/or maintenance required.</li></ul>

As a Production Manager this individual must be a leader capable of directing others to meet/exceed defined goals. This person must be knowledgeable of all aspects of cement manufacturing, have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations effecting product or governing employee safety/management. The Production Manager must promote environmental/safety compliance and be capable of communicating fundamental beliefs and principals of the organization to all employees.

OVERVIEW: The Production Manager is responsible for guiding production operations to meet or exceed production goals while complying with applicable safety and environmental regulations and/or MCC policies at all times. Basic qualification and/or traits that the MCC Production Manager must possess include:

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Production Manager is accountable for all aspects of MCC production operations. This individual&rsquo;s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<ul><li>Meeting or exceeding MCC production targets while complying with corporate objectives, values, structures, and goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing leadership that establishes clear goals for subordinates that are measurable and well defined. The production manager is accountable for communicating these goals to subordinates, and providing feedback/guidance so the coals can be met.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Problem solving including the ability to identify problems, development of corrective actions, delegating responsibility of performance of actions to subordinates, and holding subordinates accountable for job/task performance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Clear communication of priorities/goals/objectives to all production department employees to provide definitive direction.</li></ul>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE: The Production Manager will have formal and/or technical education along with previous management or engineering experience.
<div>
<ul><li>A B.S. degree in physical engineering sciences or management professions OR a degree in the environmental sciences will be acceptable with suitable production/engineering experience or demonstrable skills preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A minimum of five years experience in production management or engineering capacity required.</li></ul>
