What You'll Do:<ul><li>

Expected Work Schedule:

The Position:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Caldwell. In this patient-facing role, you&rsquo;ll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We provide complete training and mentorship, so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression</li><li>
Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software</li><li>
Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service</li><li>
Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service</li><li>
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction</li><li>
Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming</li><li>
Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred</li><li>
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly</li><li>
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask</li><li>
