Mountain Valley Hospice &amp; Palliative Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable <b>Registered Nurse </b>to provide skilled hospice visits and short-term patient support in the Yadkinville, Mount Airy, Dobson, Elkin service areas. This role is perfect for an experienced nurse who enjoys flexibility and variety &mdash; offering the chance to make a meaningful difference without the ongoing caseload of a case manager.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Provide PRN and scheduled nursing visits for hospice patients in home and facility settings</p></li><li><p>
Assess and manage symptoms, provide education, and ensure patient comfort</p></li><li><p>
Support the clinical team by covering for planned and unplanned absences</p></li><li><p>
Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care</p></li><li><p>
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Current RN license in North Carolina or compact license</p></li><li><p>
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice or home health preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.</p></li></ul><p><br>

Mountain Valley Hospice is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant for a <b>defined, short-term hospice assignment</b>. This role is ideal for a CNA who wants meaningful work with a predictable weekday schedule&mdash;without weekends, or a long-term commitment.</p><p><b>

Monday&ndash;Friday only</li><li>
No weekends. No on-call.</li><li>
Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile</li><li>
