Overview: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Daycare Childcare Providers to join our team. As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for babies to learn and grow. If you have a love for working with children and are committed to their development, we encourage you to apply.Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate activities - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety at all times - Promote social, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and physical development through engaging activities - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Monitor and manage behavior using effective behavior management techniques - Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and proper hygiene practices - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas - Attend professional development trainings as requiredQualifications: - Previous experience working with infants in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Ability to create engaging activities that meet the needs of diverse learners - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Certification in early childhood education or related field is preferredSkills: - Behavior management - Childcare - Classroom management - Special education knowledge - Infant care expertise - Experience working with students of various ages (preschool, toddler, etc.) - Understanding of childhood development principlesWe offer a positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
