This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual eager to make a tangible impact through digital storytelling and brand building.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create high-quality visual and video content using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and visually compelling.</li><li>Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to improve discoverability across platforms.</li><li>Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine future content strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the public relations team to craft messaging that enhances brand reputation and supports outreach initiatives.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team on Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices in digital marketing to keep our content fresh and innovative.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of creative content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and how they apply to social media content optimization.</li><li>Experience conducting social listening activities using tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to gather insights for strategy development.</li><li>Strong understanding of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for measuring campaign success.</li><li>Ability to craft engaging copy with excellent proofreading skills that align with branding guidelines.</li><li>Background in branding, public relations, or e-commerce is a plus for creating cohesive campaigns across channels.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
