 &nbsp;will support marketing automation and CRM integration efforts, working closely with the team to manage digital tools and ensure smooth processes. As a junior team member, you will assist with managing marketing workflows, tracking performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow, has a basic understanding of marketing technologies, and enjoys collaborating across teams.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Assist in managing and optimising marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Pardot.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support CRM integrations
 
 
 (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
 
 
 and help ensure data accuracy across platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Help build and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist in tracking campaign performance and generating dashboard reports.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using technology.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to marketing automation and CRM systems.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Help document and support the implementation of new MarTech tools, including user training.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 6+ months of experience in marketing automation or business technology roles.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Working knowledge of at least one marketing automation tool
 
 
 (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools
 
 
 (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or API integrations (a plus)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
