Role SummaryResponsible for supervising all property and facility operations within the marina, including maintenance, safety, berth leasing support, contract preparation, and renewal follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient marina operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily maintenance of pontoons, utilities (water, power), marina buildings, and equipment.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of berths, walkways, facilities, and back-of-house areas.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors for MEP works, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and technical repairs.</li><li>Ensure safety standards are met for guests, boat owners, and staff.</li><li>Respond to facility issues and emergencies promptly.</li><li>Monitor asset condition, report damages, and follow up maintenance requests.</li><li>Support marina operations team with facility-related needs.</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance activities and supplier performance.</li></ul>Berth Leasing &amp; Contracts<ul><li>Assist in preparing berth lease contracts and agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for berth availability, allocation, and documentation.</li><li>Handle renewal follow-ups and ensure timely contract extensions.</li><li>Update the berth register and ensure all contract data is accurate and current.</li><li>Support the Marina Manager in pricing updates, occupancy reports, and client communication.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in facility or property supervision, ideally in a marina.</li><li>Basic knowledge of marine infrastructure, MEP systems, and safety standards.</li><li>Experience with contracts, leasing, or client coordination (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Property & Facility Supervisor (Marina)

Summary: Supervises daily marina operations to ensure safe, efficient berthing and high-quality service. Oversees staff, manages vessel movements, maintains facilities, ensures safety compliance, and handles customer onboarding and contracts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily marina activities, berthing, and vessel movements</li><li>Assist in signing berthing rental contracts with customers and ensure required documents are submitted</li><li>Follow up on payments, renewals, and account status with Finance</li><li>Ensure safety standards, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Lead and schedule marine operations staff</li><li>Handle customer requests, arrivals/departures, and berth allocation</li><li>Inspect facilities and coordinate maintenance with contractors</li><li>Maintain operational logs, reports, and inventory</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years experience in marina/port/marine operations</li><li>Knowledge of marine safety procedures and berth management</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work outdoors and on shift schedules</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
