 Builds effective business partnerships with management. Develops and/or recommends Human Resources solutions that balance employee needs with departmental and overall company goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures new hires, terminations and changes are processed accurately and timely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Successfully manages and resolves complex employee relations and performance issues by conducting detailed investigations, creating, and maintaining appropriate processes and documentation, organizing information, and making recommendations regarding course of action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure various HR processes and policies are complied.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages and trains management and employees on Mouser HR system as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance, maintains HR records in compliance with applicable internal and legal requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports regional and corporate HR Management with administration of various projects and policy/procedure implementation and changes. Manages special projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of interpersonal skills and conflict management to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer oriented, professional interaction with stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local/official languages and English.
 </li>

 Exhibits strong analytical and organizational skills.
