</b></p><ul><li>Strong project management skills, driving tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
</li><li>Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data to determine business opportunities. Ability to produce quality correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
</li><li>Drives the process with multiple departments and suppliers to plan and launch their products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.</li></ul></div>

Supplier Marketing Specialist II

<div><div><ul><li>Lead and supervise the import logistics team to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.
</li><li>Review and validate import documentation (invoices, HS codes, BIS, EPR, WPC, ETA).
</li><li>Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to resolve issues.
</li><li>Monitor import holds (ECN, HTS, NMI) and proactively address discrepancies.
</li><li>Ensure accurate HS classification and maintain updated records.
</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for compliance documentation.
</li><li>Track and report clearance metrics using tools like Tableau.
</li><li>Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies.
</li><li>Support audits and internal reviews.
</li><li>Train and mentor team members.
</li><li>Manage hiring, performance, and team development.
</li><li>Uphold ethical practices and company policies.
</li><li>Certification in Export/Import Management or Trade Compliance.
</li><li>Familiarity with global trade regulations (U.S. EAR, ECCN, HTS).
</li><li>Experience in Electronics or Industrial distribution sector.
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, International Trade, or related field.
</li><li>10+ years in import operations, customs clearance, or trade compliance.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian Customs procedures and regulatory frameworks (BIS, EPR, DGFT).
</li><li>Experience working with customs brokers and logistics providers.
</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
</li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<br>
