We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented current college student to join our Digital team as a Spring Marketplace Operations Intern (February&ndash;May 2026). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in eCommerce merchandising and marketplace operations, with a focus on Amazon.</div><div></div><div>
This internship is ideal for students studying eCommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, or Finance. Only actively enrolled college students will be considered.</div><div></div><div>
This is a hybrid role to work from either our New Jersey or New York office based on business needs. The intern will work part-time, and up to 25 hours per week, Monday&ndash;Friday. This is a PAID internship.</div><div></div><div>
As a Fall Marketplace Operations Intern, you will support the Amazon team on a project-based model. This semester, the role will focus on three strategic initiatives, with opportunities to assist on related ad-hoc tasks across the business:</div><div></div><div>
1. GLOBAL MARKETPLACE EXPANSION</div><div>
Launch All Brands on Amazon Canada:</div><ul><li>
Support post-launch execution for Amazon Canada by helping organize workflows, trackers, and documentation.</li><li>
Assist with reporting on sales, assortment, and catalog health to support ongoing optimization.</li><li>
Help manage product newness by validating setup, confirming content readiness, and tracking launch progress.</li><li>
Identify gaps or issues that could impact performance and escalate findings to the team.</li></ul><div></div><div>
2. BRAND LAUNCH</div><div>
Prepare And Support a Brand Launch on Amazon:</div><ul><li>
Support catalog preparation, content optimization, and relisting efforts.</li><li>
Audit product pages and refresh creative content across listings and the Brand Store.</li><li>
Research SEO trends and perform competitive analysis to enhance product discoverability.</li></ul><div></div><div>
3. CATALOG HEALTH &amp; MERCHANDISING OPERATIONS</div><div>
Ongoing Marketplace Readiness and Newness Support</div><ul><li>
Perform routine catalog health checks, including variation accuracy, image completeness, and content compliance.</li><li>
Support new product setup and validation across US and Canada marketplaces.</li><li>
Maintain trackers and documentation to support efficient merchandising workflows.</li><li>
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks tied to assortment, reporting, and marketplace readiness.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Additional Ad-Hoc responsibilities may include:</div><ul><li>
Supporting weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting and analysis.</li><li>
Participating in internal team meetings and learning about cross-functional eCommerce processes.</li><li>
Assisting with content updates and performance reviews across marketplaces.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>
Currently pursuing a degree in eCommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>

Intern - Marketplace Operations

<div></div><div><div>We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist &ndash; E-commerce to lead digital marketing initiatives that grow our 3rd Party E-commerce Sales. This role will not only be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies and optimizing the campaigns for the end consumer but also planning and execution of brand awareness campaigns with the goal of driving qualified traffic to our products through various digital channels.</div><div>
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce buying behaviour in the Middle East, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.</div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><div>
Digital Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution</div><ul><li>
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals (sales, visibility, new product launches, etc.).</li><li>
Develop and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns across e-commerce customers &ndash; including but not limited to, paid media, SEO, social, on-site, CRM.</li><li>
Choose the appropriate ad types: Sponsored Products (individual product ads)/ Sponsored Brands (brand + product carousel)/ Sponsored Display (retargeting and competitor targeting)</li><li>
Define targeting approach: manual vs. automatic, broad/phrase/exact match, product targeting, etc.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Content &amp; Campaign Management</div><ul><li>
Work with creative and content teams to develop brand pages, product guides.</li><li>
Ensure the online catalog is accurate, up-to-date, and merchandised for end consumer needs</li><li>
Perform in-depth keyword research using tools provided by customers; identify high-intent, high-converting search terms.</li><li>
Optimize product listings with relevant keywords for organic and paid synergy.</li><li>
Structure campaigns properly by product type, match type, or goals.</li><li>
Continuously optimize campaigns: Adjust bids based on performance (ACoS, ROAS, CPC); Pause low-performing keywords or SKUs; Increase bids on top performers; Add negative keywords to reduce wasted spend.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Analytics &amp; Reporting</div><ul><li>
Track and analyse key metrics such as traffic sources, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI.</li><li>
Generate regular performance reports and use data insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Monitor competitive landscape and digital trends to stay ahead of B2B e-commerce innovations.</li><li>
Track key performance metrics: ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales); ROAS (Return on Ad Spend); CTR (Click-Through Rate); CVR (Conversion Rate) vs targets.</li><li>
Generate weekly/monthly reports to evaluate campaign health and ROI. Additional KPIs to track: Increased sales from paid traffic, Improved CTR and conversion rate, Growth in visibility and impressions, Ads&rsquo; impact on total sales.</li><li>
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas to cut waste or scale.</li><li>
Use performance data to iterate and improve ad creatives and strategy.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Budget Management</div><ul><li>
Allocate and manage advertising budgets across campaigns and product categories.</li><li>
Monitor daily spend to avoid overspending and maintain profitability.</li><li>

Cross-functional Collaboration</div><ul><li>
Collaborate with sales manager and customers&rsquo; marketing teams on monthly, quarterly and seasonal marketing plans.</li><li>
Obtain regular approvals from brand marketing principals on brand campaigns</li><li>
Partner with B2B customers&rsquo; marketing teams as needed in campaign creation and execution.</li><li>
Work closely with E-commerce/Sales Managers to align ads with pricing, promotions, and inventory.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><div>
Education &amp; Experience</div><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in marketing or business.</li><li>
4&ndash;6 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2-4 years focused on B2B or e-commerce.</li><li>
Experience with B2B e-commerce customers (e.g., Amazon, Namshi, Noon).</li><li>
Extensive experience within digital advertising with Amazon.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Skills &amp; Competencies</div><ul><li>
Proficiency with Amazon advertising tools &ndash; including running campaigns and invoicing.</li><li>
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.</li><li>
Familiarity with wholesale pricing structures, purchase workflows, and B2B order management systems.</li><li>
