We are seeking a talented and adaptable Temporary Graphic Designer to join our team for a 6-month assignment. This position will be a hybrid work schedule; 3 days in our Paramus, NJ office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote.<div></div><div>
Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Assist the Art Director in creating captivating graphics for watch collection launches and sale periods</li><li>
Support the creative team by retouching images and prepping/organizing files for our various channels</li><li>
Create and design digital assets/ads for social media which include: Instagram, Facebook, and other channels</li><li>
Create and design digital assets for weekly email sends</li><li>
Support the website team by prepping assets for the site</li><li>
Prep both digital and print assets for wholesale partners</li><li>
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline</li><li>
Retouch and manipulate images</li><li>
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media</li><li>
Receive feedback from the Art Director and make necessary changes</li></ul><div></div><div>
Requirements:</div><ul><li>
BFA in graphic design, visual communications or related field</li><li>
3+ years&rsquo; experience in visual design</li><li>
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator</li><li>
Experience in Figma is a must</li><li>
Experience or knowledge in Asana is a plus</li><li>
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work</li><li>
Organized and responsible</li><li>
Willing to take on file based tasks</li><li>
Passion for accessories, fashion and great design</li><li>
Collaborative, open-minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals</li></ul><div></div><div>

The Benefits Coordinator supports the administration and communication of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and can access the benefits available to them. This role helps maintain compliance, accuracy, and excellent service across all benefit-related processes.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Support with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.</div></li><li><div>
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment.</div></li><li><div>
Support open enrollment activities, including employee communications.</div></li><li><div>
Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct benefits deductions.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., COBRA, ACA, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
Assist with benefit invoice reconciliation and reporting.</div></li><li><div>
Support wellness and employee engagement initiatives related to benefits.</div></li><li><div>
Support other HR and Payroll-related projects.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</div></li><li><div>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR or benefits administration preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in HRIS, preferably in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.00 to $31.00 per hour.</div><div></div><div>
