Role Overview: 
The Client Relations Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for our relocation and moving services. The position focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring Move One is included on their approved vendor lists, and managing ongoing service needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:1. New Business Development: 
Identify and engage with potential corporate clients in need of relocation and moving services.
 Present Move One’s services to prospective clients, ensuring we are added to their approved vendor lists.
 Develop and execute strategies to secure contracts and win bids for ad hoc relocation needs.
 
2. Client Relationship Management: 
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues
 Foster strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
 
3. Account Maintenance: 
Monitor client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered on time and within scope.
 Coordinate with internal teams to manage logistics, ensuring seamless service delivery.
 Regularly review and assess client needs, proposing additional services or improvements.
 
4. Reporting and Feedback: 
Track and report on client interactions, sales pipeline, and successful bids.
 Gather client feedback to inform service enhancements and address areas of improvement
 
Skills
 
Requirements: 
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the relocation or logistics industry.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to build lasting relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
 Familiarity with the corporate procurement process and vendor management.

 The Global Commercial Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across moving, relocation, and logistics
 services. The role leads sales teams sourcing high-calibre talent, onboarding and coaching staff, and setting clear
 performance targets. Success will be measured by sustained top-line growth, improved profitability, and the
 development of a high-performing customer base.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Core Duties
 Strategic Growth & Sales Management
 <ul>
<li>Build and execute a global commercial strategy that expands market share across</li>
</ul>
all regions.
 <ul>
<li>Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive</li>
</ul>
prospecting, networking, and targeted client meetings.
 <ul>
<li>Grow market share with existing key accounts by introducing value-added service</li>
</ul>
solutions.
 <ul>
<li>Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM and deliver sales forecasts.</li>
</ul>
Team Leadership & Talent Development
 <ul>
<li>Source, interview, and hire sales staff in coordination with HR.</li>
<li>Deliver structured onboarding training programs (product knowledge, sales</li>
</ul>
practice, solution pricing).
 <ul>
<li>Mentor current sales personnel through regular call coaching.</li>
</ul>
Performance Management
 <ul>
<li>Establish daily, weekly, and monthly calls for each team member (calls, meetings,</li>
</ul>
quotes, bookings, revenue).
 <ul>
<li>Conduct performance reviews and adjust targets.</li>
<li>Track results, and implement corrective action plans.</li>
</ul>
Commercial Governance & Pricing
 <ul>
<li>Oversee regional pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness while protecting</li>
</ul>
margins.
 <ul>
<li>Approve large bids responses and coordinate with the Quoting team for tenders.</li>
<li>Monitor vendor costs (warehousing, transport, packing materials, etc.).</li>
</ul>
Client Relationship Management
 <ul>
<li>Serve as escalation point for clients, ensuring rapid resolution of service issues.</li>
<li>Represent Move One at industry events, conferences, and client reviews to</li>
</ul>
strengthen brand presence.
 Reporting & Analytics
 
<ul>
<li>Deliver weekly and monthly commercial</li>
</ul>
Skills
 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
 5 + years’ sales experience in moving, relocation, or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
 Demonstrated success building and leading multi-country sales teams
 Strong commercial acumen—skilled in pricing, contract negotiation, and P&L management
 Fluent English (spoken & written)
 Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regionally
