High achievers in this position can earn between $60,000 and $100,000+ in their first year, based on a performance-driven compensation model tied to appointments and successful closings. This is a full-fledged career path, not just a part-time job.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Master team prospecting scripts to effectively engage potential clients
</li><li>Identify and nurture sales leads, converting them into scheduled appointments
</li><li>Assess leads to determine their motivation and financial readiness for real estate agents
</li><li>Maintain and update the database along with productivity tracking reports
</li><li>Dedicate time to continuous learning and script refinement for skill enhancement
</li><li>Develop expertise in the local real estate market and community
</li><li>Utilize Brivity Technology to log activities and manage client information
</li><li>Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods on a rotating weekly basis to introduce Moving The Triangle Realty and identify homeowners interested in buying or selling
</li><li>Initiate authentic, script-driven conversations to build trust and transform cold contacts into warm leads
</li><li>Schedule qualified appointments for licensed agents, providing thorough and accurate lead details
</li><li>Consistently follow up with prospects not immediately ready to transact, using CRM tools to document every interaction
</li><li>Uphold the Moving The Triangle Realty brand with professionalism during all interactions and follow-ups
</li><li>Achieve weekly goals for door knocks, conversations, and appointments that directly impact earnings

Qualifications</b></h3><p>
You are coachable and hungry to learn &mdash; you take feedback well and apply it fast. You genuinely enjoy talking to people and do not take rejection personally. You are self-disciplined enough to hit your numbers without being micromanaged, and you understand that consistent daily activity is what creates results.</p><ul><li>
Reliable vehicle and valid North Carolina driver's license</li><li>
Strong verbal communication and comfort with face-to-face conversation</li><li>
Ability to learn and internalize scripts and frameworks</li><li>
Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended stretches</li><li>
Prior sales, canvassing, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required</li><li>
Willing to commit to full-time hours (32+ per week) including some evenings and weekends when neighborhoods are most responsive</li><li>
