Job Summary We are seeking a Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll off trucks to transport waste and debris from various job sites. The Roll Off Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.We are currently operating brand new 2025 Western Star Roll-Off Trucks.Duties<ul><li>Operate roll off trucks to pick up and deliver containers at designated locations.</li><li>Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and service requests.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and service issues.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on trucks, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.</li><li>Assist in training new drivers on safe driving practices and equipment operation.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Valid class B commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.</li><li>Experience driving roll off trucks or similar heavy vehicles.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues is a plus.</li><li>Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on the road.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Experience working in or around the waste industry.</li></ul>Join our team as a Roll Off Driver, where your skills will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional waste management services.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CDL Driving: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CDL B (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
