This is a Full time on-site role as an Office &amp; Accounts Executive | Admin, responsible for basic accounting , Day to day Operations managing and social media handling of MOWS and its sister Companies at MOWS HUB in Manjeri. The day-to-day tasks include administrative duties, customer service, office administration, basic accounting tasks, and managing social media accounts.<ul><li>Communication and Customer Service skills</li><li>Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills</li><li>Basic Accounting knowledge</li><li>Experience in a similar role is preferred</li><li>Manage daily office administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, coordination)</li><li>Support in basic accounting work (invoices, petty cash, Tally/Excel entries)</li><li>Proficiency in social media management would be beneficial</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Handle email correspondence and internal communications</li><li>Assist in creating and posting content on social media (using Canva or similar tools)</li><li>Maintain records, HR documents, and assist in employee onboarding</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Zoho books or any accounting software</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)</li><li>Ability to multitask and take initiative</li><li>Experience with Canva or similar design tools</li><li>Prior work in a similar multi-functional office role</li><li>Familiarity with HR admin tasks</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own bike or any other mode of transportation?
