Responsibilities: In this role you will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets&rsquo; cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.
Requirements:<ul>
<li>
Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus</li>
<li>Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM</li>
<li>Must be 18+ years of age</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)</li>
<li>Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability</li>
<li>Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired</li>
<li>Handle cash, coins, and currency at night</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills</li>
</ul>
