 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a high-energy Consultant I lead delivery of high impact engagements in the solution function within Mozn, a cutting-edge technology company. The Engagement Manager will have an important role within our solutions business, managing our solutions deployment to ensure that our clients receive maximum value from our data solutions. The ideal candidate combines a passion for technology with the ability to manage projects and lead teams.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Work onsite with clients to manage complex enterprise implementations.

 Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.

 Prepare reports on project performance.

 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

 Track project performance.

 Solve client problems and create value-add content to communicate solutions

 Manage clients and use verbal and written communication to deliver content

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science, Engineering field or any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in management consulting and/or technology in a top firm is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project-management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong track record of leadership

It is an exciting time to work in the field of AI to create a long-lasting impact.About the roleAs part of Mozn's expanding legal function, the Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in supporting commercial contracting, compliance, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory alignment across international operations. This role is key to enabling Mozn's growth in the GCC and North Africa while ensuring robust risk mitigation and IP protection frameworks are in place.What you'll do<ul><li>Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of a wide range of commercial contracts , including SaaS agreements, vendor partnerships, service contracts, NDAs, and data-sharing agreements.</li><li>Provide legal counsel on software licensing , IP protection , data privacy , and compliance across jurisdictions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Procurement, Compliance) to align legal strategies with business goals.</li><li>Serve as the legal point of contact for contract lifecycle management, including vendor onboarding and renewal negotiations.</li><li>Ensure contract templates, terms, and clauses are kept up to date with evolving regulatory and commercial requirements.</li><li>Support legal operations and regulatory readiness as part of Mozn's regional expansion-particularly in Egypt and the UAE.</li><li>Maintain internal documentation and provide training where needed to teams interacting with external parties.</li><li>Assist with external counsel management, budget alignment, and risk assessments on high-stakes contracts.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Law degree from a recognized institution; license to practice in Egypt, UAE, or other relevant jurisdictions.</li><li>7-10 years of experience as a Commercial Lawyer or Legal Counsel-preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.</li><li>Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and managing large-scale software licensing , vendor , and partnership agreements .</li><li>Strong understanding of intellectual property , confidentiality , IT law , and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL) .</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).</li><li>Experience working in or with international organizations and technology vendors .</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder engagement and contract risk management capabilities.</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>Prior experience in SaaS , AI , fintech , or regtech .</li><li>Familiarity with compliance management , audit preparedness , or regulatory filings .</li><li>Experience working in high-growth scale ups or startups.</li><li>You will be at the forefront of an exciting time for the Middle East, joining a high-growth rocket-ship in an exciting space.</li><li>You will be given a lot of responsibility and trust.
