Our client is a 25-bed, non-profit community hospital designated as a Critical Access Hospital. Located in Wolfeboro, NH, we provide primary care, diagnostic testing and specialty services in the region. WHO YOU ARE:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Services, our Physical Therapist is responsible for administering Physical Therapy services including evaluations, establishment/modification of treatment plan, provision/supervision of treatment and documentation to inpatient and outpatients within the departmental and facility policies and procedures. Thereby, helping to restores patient's function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
This is a full-time position working 30 hours per week. This position is eligible for participation in medical benefits.
Responsibilities
Clinical Evaluation<ul><li>
Validates prescription from provider is present, understood prior to the evaluation and treatment of the patient. Provide evaluation and treatment according to the provider's order, calls provider if clarification is needed</li><li>
Performs evaluations, and reevaluations according to the departmental policies</li><li>
Evaluates effects of physical therapy treatments and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress; recommending adjustments and modifications</li><li>
Therapist will use objective measures on all evaluations and documented findings. Measureable/functional goals will be written based off these objective findings</li><li>
Treatment plan will be developed with the input of the patient and according the providers order</li></ul>
Treatment and Discharge Plan<ul><li>
Treatment plan addresses the needs of the patient including age, physical, psychological and learning needs. Encourages the patient to participate in their plan of care and goals by asking appropriate questions</li><li>
Uses a variety of therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy techniques, assistive and adaptive devices and equipment, and physical agents and electrotherapeutic modalities to treat patients</li><li>
Educates patient of ongoing goals, as they are being achieved or modified and of impending discharge</li><li>
Completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care workers; contributing to patient care conferences</li><li>
Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; recommending outpatient or home</li></ul>
Quality and Customer service<ul><li>
Greets and welcomes all patients by name with a smile and on time</li><li>
Ensures documentation is complete and thorough with all patients in accordance with departmental policies and expectations of patient's insurance requests</li><li>
Completes and edits own charges on a daily basis to help ensure accuracy</li><li>
Participates in mandatory competencies yearly as demonstrated by attendance and test and participates in monthly chart audits</li><li>
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies</li><li>
Develops physical therapy staff by providing information; developing and conducting in-service training programs.</li></ul>
Other<ul><li>
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions</li><li>
Keeping current with Insurance demands, restrictions, authorizations that may be needed, educating and informing patients of their insurance</li><li>
Teach/ lead physical therapy students as well as those in other health professions. Educate other healthcare providers of Physical Therapy and what they can provide</li><li>
Direct and supervise PTA, delegating specific patients to them and establishing channels of ongoing communication</li><li>
Consult and practice with other health professionals for the overall wellbeing of the mutual patient</li><li>
Will travel to off-site approved locations as needed to provide therapy services and other Wellness programs</li></ul>
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Education: Bachelors and /or Master's and /or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA -accredited institution.</li><li>
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a hospital and outpatient setting.</li><li>
Licensed in NH by the NH State Board of Allied Health</li><li>
CPR certified</li></ul>

Position Overview
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for overseeing cash flow forecasting, asset-based lending (ABL), and working capital strategy to ensure the organization maintains strong liquidity and financial stability.
This role will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to drive data-driven decisions and optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
CashLiquidity Management<ul><li>
Own and develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts (12- and 36-week)

Manage borrowing base tied to inventory and receivables

Analyze and optimize the cash conversion cycle
</li><li>Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to improve inventory efficiency
</li><li>Own inventory-related reconciliations and reporting

</li></ul>Foreign ExchangeRisk Management<ul><li>
Support FX hedging strategies and risk mitigation efforts
</li><li>Manage bonds and letters of credit for operational and capital needs
</li><li>Monitor compliance with banking covenants and internal controls
</li></ul>ReportingAnalysis<ul><li>
Deliver weekly and monthly treasury reports (liquidity, KPIs, debt, interest expense)
</li><li>Support financial close and audit processes
</li><li>Provide actionable insights to leadership

Optimize treasury systems and reporting tools

Required<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
</li><li>7+ years of treasury experience (banking or ABL experience preferred)
</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables)
</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>
Experience with asset-based lending (ABL) structures
</li><li>Exposure to FX hedging strategies
</li><li>Familiarity with Power BI or advanced reporting tools
</li><li>Certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CMA
