Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and help improve the company's overall financial performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and taxes are paid properly and on time.</li><li>Manage all accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.</li><li>Generate financial reports such as profit &amp; loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.</li><li>Monitor company&rsquo;s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.</li><li>Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure tax compliance with local regulations.</li><li>Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow management.</li><li>Process invoices, payments, receipts, and payrolls.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors during audits.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of financial information and perform other accounting duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).</li><li>Strong MS Excel skills.</li><li>Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations (especially VAT in UAE or applicable region).</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 05/05/2025
