Job SummaryIllumitubes is a growing event-d&eacute;cor product line specializing in custom illuminated centerpieces used at corporate events, mitzvahs, galas, and brand activations across the country. We are ready to scale and are hiring a Part-Time Growth &amp; Marketing Manager (29 hours/week) to build our digital presence, increase demand, and support national expansion.This role is hands-on and perfect for a junior marketer, content creator, or digital strategist who wants ownership of an entire brand and the opportunity to help grow a niche product into a million-dollar business.This is a hybrid role. You&rsquo;ll work remotely most days, but must be able to come to our Wakefield/Peabody shop 1&ndash;2 times per week to shoot content.ResponsibilitiesContent &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create and post photo and video content across:</li></ul>Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.<ul><li>Develop a cohesive visual style for Illumitubes across all channels.</li><li>Shoot product photos and videos on-site (1&ndash;2 days/week).</li><li>Edit content using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools.</li><li>Manage posting calendars and analytics.</li></ul>Pinterest + SEO<ul><li>Build and grow our Pinterest presence (boards, pins, descriptions, SEO).</li><li>Identify search trends (events, d&eacute;cor, corporate parties, mitzvahs, branding).</li><li>Drive traffic to our Shopify/Etsy listings and direct website.</li></ul>Business-to-Business Outreach<ul><li>Build lists of event planners, hotels, corporate event teams, venues, production companies, and d&eacute;cor firms.</li><li>Send outbound emails to prospects with follow-up sequences.</li><li>Make warm calls when needed (no cold call sales scripts).</li><li>Track outreach and leads in a simple CRM (HubSpot or Google Sheets).</li></ul>Website, Shopify &amp; Etsy<ul><li>Improve product listings, photos, descriptions, and tags.</li><li>Optimize for conversions.</li><li>Monitor analytics and adjust strategy.</li></ul>Brand Growth<ul><li>Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets.</li><li>Suggest small-budget paid ad tests (Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).</li><li>Track key metrics and report weekly progress.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of real experience with marketing, content creation, or social media management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.</li><li>Comfortable filming and editing short-form video.</li><li>Strong writing skills for captions, emails, and outreach.</li><li>Organized, self-directed, and reliable.</li><li>Comfortable emailing and occasionally calling business leads.</li><li>Must be local to the Wakefield/Peabody, MA area.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Shopify or Etsy experience.</li><li>Event industry experience.</li><li>CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop skills.</li><li>Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).</li></ul>Work LocationHybrid &mdash; must be able to come to our Wakefield/Peabody shop 1&ndash;2 times per week for content creation.
