 YOUR ROLE AS A SERVER
 
 
 
 We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You&rsquo;ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers&rsquo; experiences.
 
 
 Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.  Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests with making eye contact, smiling, and maintaining proper posture
 </li>
 <li>
 Take orders and serve food and beverage items to customers in a timely, enthusiastic and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Listen and respond to inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and offer suggestions of dishes in accordance to the guests&rsquo; preferences
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to safely transport hot and liquid items to and from the bar and kitchen areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean dining room area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate and service the guests&rsquo; needs before requests are made
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to ascertain a guest&rsquo;s satisfaction and handle any problems which may arise and inform a Manager of the problem and how it was resolved
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 <ul>
 <li>
 Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment

 Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

 Education:

 The Bellman plays a key role in delivering a seamless, refined, and highly personalized guest experience. This role supports Forbes Travel Guide standards through anticipatory service, professional discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. The Bellman acts as a liaison between the guest and our hotel departments to ensure every aspect of the stay exceeds expectations. The Butler must take proactive steps to curate a luxury hospitality experience in alignment with Forbes Standards.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Serves as the first point of contact with our guests when they arrive to Mr. C

 Welcomes all guests by name to our property, thoughtfully assists with their luggage
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide hotel orientation and room feature demonstrations upon arrival, aligning with Forbes standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms and/or vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, bell stand, and storage rooms
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate personalized guest amenities, including welcome notes, in-room gifts, floral arrangements, specialty food and beverage items, and celebratory touches, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively engage in public areas to delight guests, anticipate needs, and coordinate any request needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist guests with unpacking and packing services upon request
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with or manage personal guest requests such as laundry, pressing, shoe care, transportation, or dining/spa arrangements; coordinating with Supervisor as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all guest preferences and service interactions are properly documented and communicated for future stays
 </li>

 Provide support to the Guest Relations Manager in guest recognition, VIP tracking, and amenity planning
